Great place to relax; lots of places to sit and picnic with the family; seating also available for lake side view. There is a small town within the complex with shops, restaurants, and motels. Great escape for short and long term visits.

We stop in here every year to hand in our Xplorers booklet (ask the staff if you don't know what that is). This place has lots of activities for the kids to play with and learn from. It's a fun place to go, especially on a miserable day. You can also sign out backpacks with activities to do like geocaching and wildlife viewing. I think they were doing some renos in 2016, so I look forward to seeing how they turned out.

It is a great place to introduce children to animals of the park, through use of animal costume, hands on activities, descriptions and other offerings.

I am very impressed with the museum. The interactive items were good. It was worth the visit.
