  I didn't stay at this resort but I have been on the phone with Erin (not sure of the spelling) and she has been so helpful. We ended up going somewhere else because it could fit the number of people we had but she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with getting quotes to me and keeping in contact with me. If we had a smaller group we would have stayed here!

  Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and renovated, very comfortable. Easy access to the lake and shops too! We rented the paddle board which the kids enjoyed. We had a great time at the park! Thank you!

  The place is not very clean, but not very clean, kinda nice, kinda comfortable, everything kinda, but not quite. It's alright to stay if you're going to spend your time outside, not in the rooms.

  Beautiful location and clean rooms. However, owner is very rude and not understanding. We were new customers who had booked our stay for our cousin's wedding. We arranged to stay one night, and the staff member we had talked to on the phone was understanding and said we were able to book only one evening as that is all we required. We got a confirmation email for the one evening. Then when we checked out we were told there was a minimum two-night stay policy by the owner and was forced to pay an extra night, although we had only booked to stay one night. We were not told ahead of time about this policy and we're completely unaware of it. They said they sent another email, but it was sent to an incorrect email and there was no further effort to make contact with us to ensure we knew the policy. The owner was very abrasive to my entire family and would not take responsibly for her staff's miscommunication. Our MasterCard provider even said that her policy and business was "sketchy". All in all, the owner could have simply charged us one night, and had happy and returning business, but instead she permanently lost any future business with our family.

  2 bdrm suites are huge. Prices resonable. I will stay here when i come to this beautiful area again (which is quite often)
