  Had a horrible mess of a time with management accusing me of damaging the carpet after not checking the room for 6 days after i checked out. Horrible customer service and not professionally run. I would NOT recommend staying here for the price you pay.

  We were expecting a king size bed, it may have been a double or queen. The quality of the mattress was the worst mattress I ever slept on. This is not an exaggeration. Unable to get internet to work. Coffee maker was provided but no coffee grounds as in other hotels in the qrea for cheaper nightly rate. I was advised by hotel staff to go to the store for coffee grounds. Tub had inadequate safety precautions and due to slippery tub my wife fell while having a shower. Toilet ran continuously unless you lifted handle. Bedroom had no independent A.C. so it got hot at night. Window was in parking lot and walkway so if you opened it to cool down room people walked right next to your window. No daily Cleaning as in most hotels. Cleaning only available upon request including turning in towels from 9 to 10 am and we missed it!The parking lot was cramped and my vehicle mirror was damaged even though it was retracted due to small spaces. On the positive side the room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff seemed friendly. Disappointed with amenities for 250 dollars a night!

  Great accommodation, the suites are kept spotless. No issues with management, in fact just the opposite, they were great for us. The dishonest and uncaring owners referenced by others (Jim Mcfadden) are not the people we met. I suspect Mr. Mcfadden changed his plans or something after paying his deposit, or was not staying their 3 night minimum requirement, or is just lying for some reason. I did find the wifi to be quite slow, but have experienced that in previous years at other accommodations in Waskesiu. I learned that this is a problem for the entire village, so it is the limitation of the local service provider (satellite). I had better luck at 5-7pm than at 8-10am.
